Turning around brand sentiment
Artscience were appointed as lead social media agency for TalkTalk following a 5-way pitch in 2013. We are responsible for social strategy, customer service 'triage', content and community management.
Our primary objectives are to improve brand image, especially with regards to customer service, and reposition the brand as 'Britain's fastest growing TV service'.
To date we've delivered 1100%+ growth in Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Google+ communities and achieved an 85% improvement in brand sentiment.
